DEFA Diabetes (https://www.diabetesdefa.org) is an online collaboration platform for learning and group collaborations developed by the Division of Clinical Informatics in the Department of Medicine at BI Deaconess Medical Center (https://projects.iq.harvard.edu/dci). The DEFA Platform https://www.diabetesdefa.org was developed to support online learning, and this guide teaches users about the various functionalities available to them. The platform combines several services into one platform such as online group collaboration tools such as document, sharing, group discussions, and an online learning management system.
